Why stay in a Hotel in Lincoln

I still find it difficult to understand why families or groups of people choose to stay in a hotel in Lincoln when Lincoln Town Houses provide so much more accommodation at affordable rates!
For example, Spring Hill Town House! It is located on Hungate, just at the base of Michaelgate, close to Lincoln Cathedral & Lincoln Castle.
There are 4 large bedrooms, 2 with en-suite facilities. Guests can enjoy a large open plan kitchen diner with separate utility and cloakroom on the ground level.
There is a stunning living room on the top floor with plenty of room for 8 people to sit and enjoy each others company.
Just as Hotels in Lincoln provide quality bedding and towels, we do too. Including aromatherapy based toiletries.
We may not be a Bed and Breakfast, but we do provide all our guests with a Welcome Basket which provides fresh milk, bread, butter, coffee, jam, other beverages, sugar and of course a bottle of wine!!
It is common knowledge that Lincoln's City Hotels are limited with parking! All our properties offer free parking. Another bonus!
But most of all we offer great value with all our 4 Gold Star rated houses.
Spring Hill Town House is just £26.25 per person per night when 8 of you share for 3 nights!!
A weekend break for 8 people is just £32.50 per person per night.
